Neck bands are caused by the overactive platysma muscle, a thin muscle that runs along the front of the neck. Over time, this muscle can pull the skin down, creating sagging jowls.
By using muscle relaxant injections, we can relax the neck bands and smooth out the contour of the neck. This procedure is quick, with minimal discomfort and no downtime. You’ll start to see results in about 3-5 days, and the full effect will be visible in approximately 2 weeks.
